Challenge
A series of interior renovations inside occupied residences. Each unit had to be delivered to a high finish without disrupting the wider household, and without compromising the shared services running through the walls.
Approach
We sequenced the works unit by unit, protected the surrounding spaces with controlled enclosures, and used off-site fabrication wherever possible to compress on-site time. Every handover was cleaned, commissioned and photographed the same day.

Outcome
