We begin with the site, the brief and the budget, in that order. Every engagement opens with aerial drone capture of the land, followed by soil investigation, topographic survey, climate and orientation analysis. Before the first sketch is drawn, we already know exactly what the land will and will not accept.

Drawn to be built.

Design moves through architectural, structural and services coordination simultaneously. Because we will also build the project, design decisions are tested against buildability at every review. We never specify what we cannot deliver.

One source of truth.

On-site execution is where HKM's discipline shows. Every project runs on a live construction management platform. Drawings, RFIs, daily logs, photos, schedules and punch lists flow through a single source of truth. Trades are briefed against a written workflow, progress is documented daily, and clients see every update in real time.

Closeout, not a scramble.

Commissioning, snagging and walk-through happen as a structured closeout, not a scramble. Every system is tested, every finish is reviewed, every warranty is documented. Aftercare continues long after the keys change hands.
