A contemporary residential build set within a busy urban estate. Limited access, strict planning regulations, and constant movement around the site from the first day of ground-breaking to handover.

Approach

We approached Tatu as a precision exercise. Clean modern lines, sharp detailing, and high-quality finishes, delivered inside a tight urban envelope through careful sequencing of trades and deliveries.

Outcome

A modern home that holds its own inside a high-density neighbourhood. Tatu demonstrates our ability to manage contemporary builds in constrained urban settings without losing design intent.
