Challenge

A complete design-and-build assignment, carried from the first sketch to the final handover. The client wanted a single point of accountability, one team, one process, one standard, across design, engineering and construction.

Approach

Because design and construction were under one management system, decisions moved quickly, details were implemented accurately, and the final outcome matched the original intent. We coordinated architects, engineers, masons, carpenters and finishing teams inside a single structured workflow.
